Two years of cover instead of one. This doubles the Clarty warranty on your handset from 12 months to 24 months from delivery.
- 24 months of Clarty warranty cover from delivery, instead of 12
- If the handset stops working in the second year, send us a short video of the fault and your order number, and we ship you a replacement. No repair queue.
- Covers the handset itself. It does not cover accessories, consumables, accidental damage, or use outside the manual.
Cancelling this warranty: buying it is optional. You can cancel within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not made a claim, and at any time after that for a pro-rata refund. Email hello@clarty.co.uk.
What you already have without buying this: every UK customer has a 14-day change-of-mind returns right and a 30-day right to a full refund if the goods are faulty, and every Clarty handset carries the 100-day used-device results guarantee and the 12-month Clarty warranty. Those rights apply in full whether or not you buy this extension. This product only extends the warranty period. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
