Returns and refunds

This shop is operated by ZV Brands Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16669080, registered office 56 Nelson Road, Uxbridge, England, UB10 0PU.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days runs from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel, email us at las@zvbrands.co.uk with your order number. You do not have to give a reason.

Once you have told us you are cancelling, send the goods back to us within 14 days. You pay the cost of returning the goods to us unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you showing us you have sent them, whichever happens first. We refund to your original payment method and we never charge a fee to process it. We also refund the standard outbound delivery you paid, though not the extra cost if you chose a faster service than our standard option.

We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check they are as expected, meaning the sort of handling you could reasonably do with the item in a shop.

Faulty, damaged or not as described? You have 30 days to reject them

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you can reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days you are still entitled to a repair or a replacement, and to a refund in some circumstances.

We pay return postage on faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods. Email us and we will arrange it.

How to start a return

Email las@zvbrands.co.uk with your order number and, if the item is faulty or damaged, a photograph. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us, as our returns address is not the same as our registered office.
