These terms
These terms apply when you buy from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here reduces your rights in law as a consumer.
How the contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and the contract begins, when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or we have mispriced it, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay for the goods. Delivery is shown separately before you pay. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order.
We take payment when you place your order. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have realised it, we do not have to sell at that price.
Delivery
See our shipping page for delivery times and costs. If we have not agreed a delivery date, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract starting. The goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancelling and returning
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and 30 days to reject faulty goods. The full detail is on our returns and refunds page.
If something is wrong with what you bought
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will put it right.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud.
Otherwise, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and our liability is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for business losses, as we supply goods for private use only.
Things outside our control
If something beyond our reasonable control delays your order, we will contact you as soon as we can. You may cancel and receive a full refund for anything not yet delivered.

Email las@zvbrands.co.uk. We aim to reply within one working day and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts as well as in England and Wales.
